Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through the website www.roopkalafabrics.com (“Website”) operated by Roopkala. By placing an order on our Website, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. General Policy
1.1. All sales made on the Website are final. The Company maintains a strict no return , no exchange and no refund policy.
1.2. Once an order has been placed, confirmed, and processed, the Customer shall not be entitled to request cancellation, return, replacement, or refund of any product or service purchased, except in circumstances expressly permitted by this Policy.
2. Management Discretion
2.1. Notwithstanding Clause 1 above, in exceptional and rare circumstances, the Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a request for return, exchange, or refund (in the form of credit coupon).
2.2. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that such consideration shall not create any obligation upon the Company to provide similar remedies in the future.
2.3. Any decision taken by the Company’s management in this regard shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the Customer, and shall not be open to challenge, appeal, or review.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
3.1. In the unlikely event that the Customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, the Customer must notify the Company in writing at (email) within 24 hours of delivery.
3.2. The Customer must provide adequate proof, including photographs, unboxing videos (mandatory), or other documentation as may be reasonably required by the Company.
3.3. Upon receipt of such notice, the Company shall review the claim and may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, credit coupon, or refund.
3.4. Failure to notify within the stipulated time frame shall be deemed as acceptance of the product as delivered, and no claims shall be entertained thereafter.
4. Exclusions
4.1. The following circumstances are specifically excluded from eligibility for return, exchange, or refund:
Change of mind by the Customer.
Incorrect order placement by the Customer.
Delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers, unforeseen events, or force majeure.
Normal wear and tear or variations in color, texture, or finish, which are inherent to handcrafted, handwoven, or artisanal products.
5. Defective Replacements
5.1 All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely, and Roopkala shall have no additional liability in this regard. 5.2 All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Roopkala within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Roopkala.
5.3 Safe receipt of defective products by Roopkala is sole responsibility of the customer, and upon compliance of these provisions, the obligations of the Company, if any, under this return policy come into effect.
5.4 While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’. In the event that it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to any act or omission of the customer, then Company may, at its discretion, and if so requested by the customer, make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE SOLE COST OF THE CUSTOMER.
5.5 In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for the purpose of such alterations/modifications, Roopkala may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
6. Product Disclaimer
6.1 We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Website.

6.6 Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.

7.2. Such amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review this Policy periodically for updates.
